Dr. S. Krishna Murthy B.sc, B.E (Mechanical), AMIE

“Esskay Enterprises” was started by Dr. S. Krishna Murthy who is a Mechanical Engineer and has a Doctorate in Extrusion Technology. He has vast experience in Extrusion technology since 1971. 

Dr. Krishna Murthy started Manufacturing Food Extruders after establishing the industry in the year 1986. The first extruder manufactured by “Esskay Enterprises” was successfully installed and commissioned in Chandigarh in the year 1987. Thereafter the company installed and commissioned all over India and abroad. Today, we are a ISO 9001 certified Company. 

In 2004, “Esskay Enterprises” developed a new Extruder for Drilling Starch industry for the first time in the country. Since then several dozens of Starch Extruders are successfully installed and commissioned all over India and abroad. 

Apart from Extruders, Esskay Enterprises also manufactures ancillary equipment like Vertical Mixers, Horizontal Mixers, Driers-coolers, Screw Conveyors, Belt Conveyors, Graders, Continuous & Batch Flavour Applicators and many other customized equipment that are required for complete Extrusion line. Besides, “Esskay” is also manufacturing Automatic Dosa makers and Automatic Idli makers which are being completely automatized equipment for mass catering areas like Industrial Canteens, School/College canteens, Ashram, Defence, etc.. The Automatic Dosa maker has been successfully installed in warships and aircraft carriers of Indian Navy. It is also being used in several parts of the world.
